Peanut butter recipe

Peanut butter is something than you love or you can hate, in my case I love it. I have to say that the first time I tasted it was in America, but of course, it was very sugar loaded, so you are finally eating more sugar than peanuts. After time I bought a bio option whose ingredients were 100% peanuts and the next step was to buy a roasted peanuts bag to make it by my own, and you know what? it is super easy to make and much cheaper. The only drawback is shell the peanuts, but probably you can stop using you smartphone for a while and in a while you will be done. Other option is to buy it peeled, but remember to buy it roasted not fried. In addition the peanut has a lot of omega 3, a great amount of proteins, (almost as much as the beef meat) and antioxidants, iron, vitamin E for the skin, vitamin B which will help your concentration as it helps to maintain active the central nervous system, and even when it’s content is 50% fats, 70% of those are unsaturated fat, which are very important to regulate our cholesterol. So as you can see it is very healthy, and even being very caloric it has a lot of beneficial properties and nutrients. And there is no need to eat the whole pot in a row.

Ingredients

  • peeled peanuts bowl

Procedure

Introduce the peanuts in the blender and mix it for about five minutes, you will see how little by little the fat comes out of the peanuts and goes from crushed pieces to creamy.

Then I put it into a jar. I don’t like to store it into the fridge as it gets more solid and I prefer it soft and creamy.
